OTKRIVENO BLAGO / DISCOVERED TRESURE
This is a label that is used on finished product.
Client wanted a visual that will be sum up the work that she does. She makes stuffed animals made of cotton, usually cats and dogs and bear was association to teddy bear (stuffed animal). On the back are 3 rectangles, border is like simple stitch, with information.
This is one of my favourite visuals because i had chance to illustrate and design, and it was less uniformed way of making this visual than usual.
I made this in Adobe illustrator.

QAPLA’
Business card for IT services . It was straight forward job. The visual is translated from a catchword that this client gave me: You don’t buy security. You built it. And the QAPLA’ is Klingon for success.
So the shield was the first thing that came to mind and Q inside. When you combine the two – the shield and the qapla’ – Sucessful security!
The cyan colour is client’s favourite.
I did this in Adobe illustrator.
*Fun fact: This client is my husband 🙂

LEPIDOPTERA
This was work for a client that loves butterflies and the business card should be her vibe. Feminine but resilient.
Here you can’t see the butterfly and her name is made in foil print (rose gold). The paper was 300g and mounted, so the paper was thick – more like cardboard. The clean and colour combo was on the spot for a potential clients. This was a wow factor while introducing.
I made this in Adobe illustrator.
*Fun fact – for employees butterfly on a business card is made in double uv print for a relief effect.

THE CLASSIC LABELS FOR HONEY JARS
These labels were designed for a beekeeper who wanted a classic, natural look for his honey jars. He gave me creative freedom with a few specific requests: the typography should feel handwritten but remain legible, and the color should avoid the typical white or yellow tones. We chose a soft light green—an organic tone that reflects the natural environment bees thrive in.
Each label is illustrated to match the specific type of honey inside: wildflower, chestnut blossom, or linden (teal) flower—capturing the origin of the honey through delicate botanical drawings inspired by nature itself.
The labels are printed on waterproof matte foil with a subtle sparkle, giving them a refined, slightly glittery finish—like a touch of magic dust when caught in the light.
Their shape is gently V-shaped, tailored to perfectly fit both the official Croatian honey jars and smaller tasting jars.
Each label includes all standard information required by the Croatian Beekeeping Association, ensuring full compliance with local labeling regulations.
The final result was achieved on the first try, thanks to clear communication and mutual understanding. The client’s vision and my interpretation aligned seamlessly, making this project both smooth and creatively fulfilling.

LABEL FOR HONEY – PERSONALIZED CHARACTER DESIGN
This label was created for a beekeeper who wanted something simple yet deeply personal. Instead of naming the honey type, the focus was on presenting the beekeeper’s information clearly, along with all the standard details required by the Croatian Beekeeping Association.
The central visual element is a charming illustrated bee—based on the beekeeper’s own granddaughter, who was just two years old at the time. Her joyful spirit and connection to the family business inspired the entire design, giving it a heartfelt and playful personality.
To create contrast and move away from the expected soft, golden hues typically seen on honey labels, we chose a rich, dark teal background. This adds depth, elegance, and a hint of drama, allowing the bright yellow elements and the character illustration to stand out vibrantly.
The label was printed on waterproof matte foil, ensuring durability while keeping a refined finish suitable for various packaging conditions.
This design is a celebration of heritage, family, and authenticity—tailored not just to identify the product, but to reflect the warmth and personality of the people behind it.

ICERS 2024 /
INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE OF ENVIRONMENTAL REMOTE SENSING AND GIS
Printed Collection of Scientific Papers & Visual Identity
For the 2024 International Conference on Environmental Remote Sensing and GIS (ICERS), held in Zagreb, I was responsible for the complete visual concept and design of the official scientific publication—a 230-page printed collection of peer-reviewed papers distributed both at the conference and digitally through an international research portal.
The publication features seven major scientific themes, each introduced through custom visual elements inspired by Earth’s texture and data-driven patterns: cracked soil, satellite pixels, map layers, and more. Each theme is assigned a unique color and pattern identity, creating a visual rhythm that runs through the book.
I created a navigation system where each theme begins with a full-color intro spread, followed by pages marked with a vertical colored sidebar on the page edge, acting as a visual guide throughout the section. As the reader progresses, these color markers shift downward, making the transitions between themes intuitive and continuous—a silent map running along the margins.
The cover design mirrors this structure, divided into seven vertical bands representing the themes, with stylized Earth textures in tones of blue. It’s both poetic and functional—scientific yet visually engaging.
✦ Scope & Tools
I led the entire visual direction, layout, and production design of the book. I used Adobe InDesign for structuring the layout, with supporting graphics created in Illustrator and Photoshop.
Print production was handled by a colleague I previously collaborated with.
✦ Team & Process
I worked directly with the conference organizer, who served as a bridge between me and the scientific editors and collaborators.
The project was completed under tight deadlines—within 3 weeks—and involved balancing technical accuracy with strong visual identity. It was fast-paced and intense but creatively rewarding.
✦ Distribution & Audience
The book was printed in approximately 300 copies (A4, glued binding) for distribution at the conference and within the Croatian scientific community. An interactive PDF version was also created and is hosted online for global scientific access.
✦ Client Feedback
The client was extremely satisfied with both the concept and execution, and the design received positive feedback from conference participants and collaborators.

Magazine redesigned 2025.
Croatian Beekeeper Magazine – Editorial Redesign & Long-term Design Direction
Since 2021, I’ve been the lead designer of Hrvatska pčela (Croatian Beekeeper Magazine), a monthly 40-page publication by the Croatian Beekeepers Association. When I joined the project, the magazine was in need of a visual refresh: the previous layout was visually noisy, text-heavy, and visually dated. However, I was also aware that the readership—composed of beekeepers of all ages from across the country—was deeply traditional and sensitive to sudden change.
✦ The First Redesign: Respecting the Old, Introducing the New
In 2021, I developed a cleaner, more structured layout using a 3-column grid, improved typography, visual breathing room, and simplified visual hierarchy.
I retained enough familiarity to keep long-term readers comfortable, while bringing a more modern flow to recurring sections like:
– Beekeeping Technologies
– Scientific Insights
-Letters from Associations, Communities & Counties
– News, Events, In Memoriams
-Tables, Advertisements, and Photo Contributions
✦ The Second Redesign: From Informative to Magazine-like
By 2024, after building trust with the association and its audience, I was given creative permission to take the design a step further.
I introduced a more contemporary magazine feel—with stronger cover images, feature article highlights, color-coded sections, dynamic layouts, and typographic refinement—while still respecting the content’s educational and community-based purpose.
✦ Tools & Process
Design is done in Adobe InDesign, with visual assets pre-prepared or retouched in Photoshop and Illustrator.
Each month, I receive content and briefs from the editor, and manage full-page layout design, typesetting, ad placement, and prep for print and digital distribution.
✦ Audience & Impact
The magazine reaches beekeeping communities across Croatia and has become a valuable print voice for practitioners, educators, and hobbyists alike.
My redesigns helped improve readability, flow, and visual recognition, while keeping the publication grounded in its values.

Client: [G3Spirits d.o.o.]
Year: 2023.
Format: Printed cocktail menu
Tools: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
My Role: Full illustration and design, color treatment, visual storytelling
For this vibrant cocktail menu, I was commissioned to create a fun, summery visual experience that would highlight a curated selection of cocktails made with premium spirits represented in Croatia. The initial concept leaned toward a Pink Panther cartoon style, but the illustration didn’t translate clearly in early tests. Instead, I proposed and executed a more refined comic-style approach, blending clean line work with vivid, textured coloring to evoke the refreshing, bright energy of summer drinks.
Each cocktail was individually illustrated in its authentic glassware to help both guests and bartenders visualize the final drink. Attention was placed on ice rendering, garnish detail, and liquid transparency, using digital painting in Photoshop and vector enhancements in Illustrator. The layout was built in InDesign with clearly marked prices in both HRK and EUR for practical bar use.
The background motif – a stylized umbrella and sunwashed blue palette – reinforces the casual beachside mood. I also integrated partner brand logos along the right to highlight the range of products being promoted, balancing visual hierarchy between house cocktails and sponsored spirits.
This was a challenging yet rewarding project, especially when it came to harmonizing multiple branding elements while retaining the light, accessible tone of a summer bar menu. It gave me the opportunity to combine illustration, design, and product storytelling into a single cohesive print piece.r bar settings.

Real Estate Visual Identity & Outdoor Campaign
Client: Real Estate Agency, Zadar
Scope: Billboard design (1–10m formats), construction signage, apartment catalogue, visual identity refinement, mini brand book
Tools: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
For this Zadar-based real estate agency, I was responsible for crafting large-scale billboards and site signage to promote apartment developments and available properties. The visuals had to stand out in high-traffic locations while remaining elegant and consistent with the agency’s black-and-gold visual identity. The 1m boards were placed at construction sites usually with white background, while the larger 5–10m formats were designed for highways and urban areas, combining clean typography, strong contrast, and architectural imagery to immediately communicate luxury and trust.
In addition to billboard design, I created a detailed apartment catalogue for a new building in Zadar. This print material included floor plans, key apartment details, building amenities, and made it easier for agents to guide buyers through relevant information during showings. I structured the layout to be logical, visually clear, and aligned with the brand style, which helped speed up sales conversations and left a strong impression with potential clients.
Although the client initially had a very limited brand book (just four pages), I took the initiative to expand and formalize it. Within five days, I compiled a concise, functional brand guideline document including typographic hierarchy, logo use, tone of voice, layout principles, and color system – ensuring consistency across all future visuals.
Working with a black-and-gold palette posed its creative challenges, especially in making visuals feel fresh and engaging without becoming overly dark or static. Still, I found ways to incorporate light through architectural renders, minimalistic gold detailing, and effective use of white space.
